We offer a Lifetime Buy-Back and Exchange Policy on all purchases* made from NDV Jewellers. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchange basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges, taxes and Rs. 1,000 towards processing charges. If you received any discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable.

Lifetime Exchange

If you choose to exchange your product, the value of the exchanged product will be credited to your NDV Jewellers account and you can purchase any other product with the same. The value cannot be encashed. Jewellery returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than NDV Jewellers shall not be accepted for buy-back or exchange. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the value of the product after giving a justification for the same.

Lifetime Buy-Back

If you choose to return the product for buy-back, the buy-back value will be paid to you via bank transfer within 15 business days of receipt of the product.

Determination of Value of Exchange or Buy-Back

*Current market value will be determined on the date of buyback or exchange

Note

1. Buyback and exchange is not applicable on loose diamonds, baguettes, tapered diamonds.
2. Buyback and exchange is not applicable on polkis, pearls and colored stones.
3. Original Invoice and certificate must be produced for buyback/exchange.
4. Loss of certificate will result in additional charges of Rs. 2,000 or Rs. 800 per carat – whichever is higher.
5. NDV Jewellers products bought from any place other than NDV Jewellers stores or NDV Jewellers website will not be eligible for buyback/exchange.
6. In case of any discount given during the original purchase on the metal/diamonds/stones/making charges value, an equivalent amount will be deducted from the current market price on the date of buyback/exchange and then buyback/exchange value will be calculated.
7. The e-Points/rewards/benefits used while placing an order will be deducted from the buyback/exchange value.
8. Buyback of products are applicable for products that were purchased at a value of up to Rs. 4,99,999/-.
9. In case the product was earlier purchased through EMI system, then we will deduct an amount equivalent to non-paid EMI in addition to the above-mentioned deductions.

Shipping and Insurance

Shipping and Insurance of orders to the customer's address is borne by NDV Jewellers. Reverse shipping is scheduled by NDV Jewellers and is covered in the processing charge of Rs. 1,000/- charged at the time of Return, Buyback and Exchange.

Changes in Policies

We offer FREE shipping on every order only within India. Shipping time is 10 business days for Make to order items. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt. For our Indian customers, after your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered free via our Shipping partners.

Packaging

Every jewellery package from us arrives at your doorstep in a durable, tamper-proof packing. Whether it is a jewellery or solitaire, your item is delivered to you in an exclusive NDV Jewellers box along with the relevant certificates.

We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

Our 15 Day Return Policy gives you the time to be sure that your purchase is perfect. If you need to return the product for any reason, you can opt for easy return within 15 days of the delivery of the product. We will provide you with full refund after retaining Rs. 1000/- towards delivery and processing for each product returned.

15 Day Return Policy is not applicable in the following instances -

1. On orders that have been exchanged earlier under the 15 Day Return Policy - You can exchange your design within 15 days for the full value only once. If you wish to exchange the product the second time, it will be considered under Lifetime Exchange Policy.
2. On products that have been engraved or personalized or customized.

Conditions for 15 Day Return Policy -

Product must be returned in original packaging in saleable condition with no scratches, damage, wear or alteration. The stickers and tags must be intact. If the product tag or the packaging is tampered with, the return will be covered under Buyback Policy.

Process for refund under 15 Day Return Policy -

When a product is returned under our 15 Day Return Policy, a Quality Check is done. After Quality Check, the refund is made within 10 business days.

1. For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.
2. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking/UPI).

How to return the product to NDV Jewellers within 15 days -

1. Place a return request on your account on the website or write an email to ndvjewellers@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery to schedule a return pick up.
2. NDV Jewellers will send reverse pick up details and instructions.
3. Pack your jewellery in the original packaging material along with the certificate and hand it over to the logistics executive.
4. The product should be accompanied by the original product certificate and the invoice. Loss of certificate will result in additional charges of Rs. 2,000 or Rs. 800 per carat – whichever is higher.
5. Please collect an acknowledgement for the item being picked up (pickup receipt on paper/ photo of tracking number/ SMS confirmation).
6. Once the product is received, we conduct a quality check to check for any signs of damage or wear and tear. Once the quality check is cleared, refund will be processed to your bank account in 10 business days. Any item that shows signs of wear or that has been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than the company) or damaged cannot be accepted for 15 Day Return Policy.
7. In case the product was earlier purchased through EMI system, we will deduct an amount equivalent to 1% of the Grand Total Amount at the time of refund of initial installment.

How to return the products -

You can return the products at our physical office. NDV Jewellers will schedule a reverse pick up for customers who cannot return their products at our office.

"Jewellery" means the jewellery that is predesigned or jewellery set with gold and lab grown diamonds that are available for sale on our website/ retail stores. Please note that all Jewellery is sold on "as is" basis. "Mounts" are defined as designs that hold a diamond(s) in place, which may or may not have diamonds. Members can select Mounts and diamonds separately to create customized Jewellery. "Loose Diamonds" are individual diamonds that can be bought without being set on Mounts.

The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively "trademarks") displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of the website owner. Prices

Our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time, owing to the fluctuations in prices of precious metal and diamond prices, so our prices change as well. The pricing of the metal on the day of purchase/ advance payment will be considered in pricing for customer. Prices on the NDV Jewellers website/store are subject to change without notice. Please expect to be charged the price for the NDV Jewellers merchandise you buy as it is listed on the day of purchase. Pricing may change slightly due to variance between metal and diamond estimate provided on website and the actual finished product. Such increase/ decrease would be collected/ refunded to the customer at the time of final sale.

Other Information

This Website provides access to trading, pricing, news and other information services related to diamonds and jewellery. Certain Services available on this Website are for the use of Members only. This Website offers services for Members who wish to purchase diamonds / jewellery for personal consumption, inclusive of, customized and readymade Jewellery. Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Sometimes the items may be represented larger than the actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than the actual size in order to show the entire item. The Company shall not be liable for any legal action on this account.

Disclaimer of liability

Cancellation & Returns

Refunds will be made for any cancelled orders. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order are entitled for full refund subject to deduction of payment gateway charges of 1%. Orders canceled 24 hours after placing the order will lead to a Processing Charge of Rs. 1000 that will be borne by the customer along with 1% payment gateway charges. However if the order is customised and is made as per customers order, making charges would be charged and forfeited. You can cancel one order item within an order without cancelling the entire order if the order contains 2 or more order items. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking). Once the product is returned under our 15 Day Money Back policy (not applicable on coins) the refund will be credited to your account. You may choose to either make another purchase using the same or get the amount refunded to your bank account. For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking). Upon cancellation/ return of orders placed using gift cards, the gift card amount will be refunded back to the gift card.

Applicable laws

Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the state of Maharashtra, India, regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the courts located in India country, Mumbai, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts. As per the current guidelines mandated by the Government of India, a customer has to provide the Permanent Account Number (PAN) for all purchases above INR 2 lakh in a day.

Free Gift

All free gifts are treated as discounts. In Case of Partial Cancellation or Returns of Orders with a Free gift, the Amount refunded will not include the discount attributed to the Free Gift.

Offer Terms & Conditions

Special offer is valid only on select designs on jewellery. NDV Jewellers may change (add to, delete, or amend) these terms from time to time. All disputes, with respect to the products and services offered in this connection, are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
